Tuition is non-refundable, except in the event that class is canceled.
In the event of cancellations, refunds will be pro-rated as applicable.
Payment of tuition reserves a space in class.
Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Attendance of the 1st class in Level 1 is REQUIRED for all new clients.
☆ Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to the dog's entry into classes at Greylock Animal Hospital: 3-year protocols for Rabies, Parvo, and Distemper; 6 months for Bordetella. Dogs who do not meet the vaccination requirements must be excused from class with no refund.
NB: Some vets administer an annual Bordetella vaccination. The requirement for classes at Greylock Animal Hospital is every 6 months, with the vaccine given not less than 2 weeks before the 1st day the dog will be in class.
